OWNERSHIP. Nothing in this Agreement conveys to LICENSEE any rights of ownership in or title to the TMPA LEADRS Product. All right, title, interest, and intellectual property rights, including patent, copyright and trade secret rights in the TMPA LEADRS Product, including any customization thereof and any derivative works made there from, and TMPA's Confidential Information, are and shall remain the property of TMPA. LICENSEE's use of the TMPA LEADRS Product and any modifications thereof, is limited to that which is specifically permitted in this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TMPA in order to confirm TMPA ownership rights as provided herein.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name and e-mail address (where possible).

We collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, information volunteered by the visitor, such as site registrations, name and address, telephone number, fax number.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
