LEADRS' experienced staff will work closely with you and partner agencies to create a customized system that will operate as an easy-to-use solution for DUI/DWI reporting. Our process includes:
Meetings with partner agencies including state highway safety officers, state district attorney's council and state chief's and sheriff's associations, to ensure proper development of the comprehensive system;
Setting up a focus group to define logistics, wants and needs for your state-specific LEADRS' system;
Meetings with the focus group throughout the design process to ensure that design goals are being met;
Compiling forms and creating a system that integrates, consolidates and simplifies the required reporting information for DUI/DWI arrests;
Working with existing record management systems to ensure a smooth integration process;
Testing the system and training end-users to ensure accuracy and efficiency; and
Continuous maintenance, upgrades and support of your LEADRS system.
