Q: Who can use the system?
A: In general, LEADRS is designed to be used by police agencies and prosecutors. Specifically, DUI/DWI arresting officers, supervisors, agency administrators and others within an agency, along with DUI/DWI prosecutors will find the LEADRS system useful.
Q: What tools are needed to run the LEADRS system?
A: LEADRS will work with existing records management systems or as a stand alone system to simplify and standardize the DUI/DWI reporting process. All your officers need to operate the LEADRS system is a Windows-based computer, internet access and a password provided by LEADRS.
Q: Can LEADRS integrate with other records management systems?
A: Yes. LEADRS can integrate with any system that has been produced in the past ten years. For more information on LEADRS integration visit our “Technical Information” page.
Q: How long will it take to develop our LEADRS system?
A: Each LEADRS system is customized based on the needs of your state or region. It will take six to nine months to develop a fully functional beta system.
Q: What kind of technical support will we receive once our system is in place?
A: LEADRS will provide your agency with all the necessary training to use your system. Additionally, LEADRS’ staff will be available to assist you with any needs during regular business hours and a 24/7 automated password recovery system will help recover lost and forgotten login information.
Q: How much will LEADRS cost my agency?

Q: How much will I save by using the LEADRS system?
